All prices shown are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed on MyTranscend.com at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
Transcend accepts the following payment methods online:
Unless you are using one of our flexible payment options, you will be charged in full for your Transcend purchase at the time your purchase is made. We DO NOT allow pre-authorizations and or deferrals. Your payment is fully processed at the time that you place your order.
When you place an order with PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal website. You will need to login with your PayPal username and password. PayPal Credit is an option with PaypPal.
In accordance with state and local laws, your purchases from Transcend will be taxed using the applicable sales tax or seller's use tax rate for your shipping address.
We do not store credit card information. We use Stripe to ensure our checkout process runs smoothly and securely. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most powerful level of security certification available.

Note: interest free payments require your account to remain in good standing. A late payment fee of $25 will be charged to all payments not made in a timely manner.
Order Processing and Fulfillment Lead Times
When your order is shipped, you will receive an order shipped confirmation email with your order number and tracking information. Don't forget to check your spam folder or add Info@MyTranscend.com to your address book so that you do not miss your order confirmation.
Transcend tries to ship all orders the same day they are received. Typically orders that are placed and cleared for shipment prior to 3:00pm CST will ship the same day. If you need your order expedited, please call us at 1-866-978-9481 so that we can try our best to accommodate your needs.
Transcend fulfills orders Monday through Friday. We do not fulfill orders on Saturday or Sunday and the major national holidays. We sell and ship products to end-user customers only. We reserve the right to decline or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.
Transcend ships via UPS, Federal Express, USPS and other courier services. Transcend chooses the third-party shipper provider based on multiple factors.
We always use the US Postal Service (USPS) to ship to post office boxes and will contact you if an alternative shipping address is needed.
After Placing Your Transcend Order
After placing your order with Transcend we will review your order and in some cases may need to contact you for additional information. For this reason, please provide us with your preferred contact information so that your order is not delayed.
In certain cases, Transcend may not be able to fulfill your entire order due to an item being out of stock. Our policy is to complete as much of your order as possible and fulfill the remaining items as soon as they become available. Transcend will cover all shipping costs for items that must be shipped after your initial order.
Transcend may, based on its sole discretion, decline or cancel any order and limit order quantities. Transcend may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your online or phone order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Transcend reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Transcend cancels an order after you have already been billed, Transcend will promptly refund the billed amount.
Shipping Charges & Delivery
Transcend offers free standard ground shipping on orders over $99, anywhere United States – excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Orders shipped via standard shipping typically will arrive to you within 4-7 business days from the date in which the order leaves our warehouse. Ground shipping on orders under $99 will be $6.50 within the 48 continental United Sates. Ground shipping to Alaska or Hawaii for orders under $99 will be $34.99.
2-Day Expedited Shipping
Transcend charges a flat $42 for 2-Day Expedited Shipping anywhere in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Orders shipped on Thursday are estimated to arrive the following Monday and orders shipped on Friday are estimated to arrive on the following Tuesday. If your order is placed on Friday and is needed on Monday please select the "Priority Next Weekday Shipping” option. If your order is placed on Friday and is needed by Saturday please select the "Saturday Shipping" option.
Priority Next Weekday Day Shipping
Transcend charges $86 for Priority Next Weekday Shipping anywhere in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. If you place your order on Friday and need it by Saturday please select the "Saturday Shipping" option.
Transcend does not ship internationally.
Default Shipping Method
Standard shipping is our default shipping method. Under this option, we will use either United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Post Office (USPS) to ship CPAP packages. We will make this determination based on speed and cost effectiveness.
For orders over $99, this service is free in the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands). For orders ranging from $0-$98.99, the fee is a flat rate of $6.50 in the continental United States (Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands).

Tracking and Receiving Your Order
When trying to determine what day you will receive your order, please consider excluding weekend days (unless you have paid for Saturday delivery) and holidays in your calculation. Please call or email us for the most precise shipping status.
After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details of your purchase. If more information is needed to process your order, Transcend will contact you. Once your order is approved Transcend will immediately complete the fulfillment process. Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing tracking and other relevant information.
When you checking out your cart, we suggest creating a personal Transcend account so you can refer back to your order(s).
Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Transcend’s control once it leaves our facilities, Transcend cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery. Because Transcend takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase, the risk of loss of, or damage to product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our fulfillment facility. At this point, you will receive a Shipment Notification Email. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact Transcend so that we may assist in resolving the matter.

Changing and Cancelling Your Order
If you need to make a correction to an order that you have placed or need to cancel an order prior to fulfillment, please call Transcend immediately at 1-866-978-9481 or email us at info@MyTranscend.com. If an order has already been fulfilled, you will need to follow our standard return and exchange policies in our Return Policy to correct or return your purchase.
Lost, Stolen, Misdelivered Transcend Shipments
Transcend endeavors to move quickly to resolve any issue relating to lost, stolen and misdelivered packages. These issues are all handled on an individual basis with the goal of making sure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
If the order you place with Transcend includes any item which by law requires a prescription prior to being shipped and you have not uploaded a copy of your prescription with your order, we will email you requesting a copy of your prescription so that we can release your order without delay. Prescriptions may be uploaded, emailed, faxed (651-337-6698) or mailed to us. Transcend Customer Care Specialists are available to contact your healthcare provider to obtain a copy of your prescription should you request this assistance.
If you are an existing customer and have previously provided your prescription, in most cases we will not require that you provide your prescription to us again.
We do accept international prescriptions, however, if it is not written in the English language, Transcend may require that it be translated prior to shipping your order.
