1. Download the EXE file

2. Click Download
2. Go to your downloads folder
1. Press Windows Key + E or click the folder icon on the task bar
2. Click Downloads on the left side
3. Double Click inspectDevice_cust to run the file
1. If Microsoft Defender blocks the app click on More info and then Run anyway
2. If any antivirus warning pops up, click allow
4. A file will be created in the downloads folder. It will be in the format of “SerialNumber”_DATA_”Year”_”Month”_”Day”_”Hour”_”Min”_”Second”.idv
