Shipping Policy
All miniCPAP.com orders will be processed on the next business day. Orders with prescription products will ship upon receipt of your CPAP prescription. Once your order is placed through the miniCPAP.com shop, you will be prompted to complete the Prescription Collection section. Please be sure to complete this section before leaving the website. Prescriptions received before 3:30 pm EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day via the selected shipping choice at checkout. Prescriptions received after 3:30 pm EST Monday through Friday will be shipped on the following business day. We will contact you by phone or email if an item that is ordered is on backorder.
Standard shipping
Standard shipping is our default shipping method. Under this option, we will use either United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Post Office (USPS) to ship miniCPAP packages. We will make this determination based on speed and cost effectiveness.

For orders equal to or over $99, this service is free in the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands). For orders less than $99, the fee is a flat rate of $6.50 in the contiguous United States (Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands).

Return Policy
miniCPAP.com will ONLY accept returned products within the terms of the 10-day risk-free trial. No returns will be accepted after your 10-day risk-free trial period has expired; which starts on the day you receive your order and expires 10 days thereafter. Please contact our customer service team at 866-978-9481 or email us at info@minicpap.com to request an RMA (return materials authorization) number prior to returning your order under the 10-day risk-free trial terms. Shipping costs to return your order are non-refundable. No credits or refunds will be issued until we have received all products and their corresponding parts back and examined them.
If the product has a manufacturer defect, please contact our office and we will send an RMA, if needed. Please note that the manufacturer will make all warranty decisions.
